Look who escaped the lawnmower
While Elie was doing his least favorite chore, he found this little toad on a freshly mowed strip of lawn. Beebs is bravely holding it.

While Elie was doing his least favorite chore, he found this little toad on a freshly mowed strip of lawn. Beebs is bravely holding it.

We have toad living under out back step.
The other night Kelly was working late and I was getting the girls ready for bed when Hannah stepped wrong and hit her chin on the counter something nasty. So much blood that I called Kelly and said, "you must come home NOW." So we're all trying to gear down after the chaos, when Kelly sees the toad on the back step. We ended up sitting outside for a while in the dark under the stars watching this toad do not much at all. And I suddenly thought...now this is the good stuff. :)
We saw the toad again last night...I'm pretty sure he lives under our back step. I'm not going to invite him inside though like you were kind enough to do. ;)
